Dr. J. Caleb Wallwork is the principal healthcare provider at Workers’ Health and Walk-In Clinic which was established in 1998.  He attended Vanderbilt University and is a graduate of Vanderbilt University Medical School.  He served as an Occupational Physician for TVA for eleven years and worked as an Emergency Room Physician for over twenty years.  He is a lifetime resident of Middle Tennessee.
He is a Certified Medical Examiner and is fully qualified to perform DOT Exams according to the new Federal Guidelines which went into effect in May 2014.
Kathryn L. Wallwork, Long time resident of Middle Tennessee. A graduate of Hillsboro High School and Vanderbilt University. Mother of five children. Drug Screen Collector Trainer. Breath Alcohol Technician Instructor. Office Manager.
Laurie Cartwright, Started with Workers’ Health in May 2012 as a Medical Assistant and Drug Screen Collector. Licensed Emergency Medical Technician/IV. Experience as an EMT/IV from 2002 to 2008. Enjoys working with people and patients.
Sandra Cummins, Licensed Practical Nurse. Grew up in Maury County, graduated from Central High School in 1966. Attended Sumner County Memorial School of Practical Nursing Dec. 1969 to Jan. 1970. Experience includes Maury Regional Hospital, Pediatric Office, Maury County Health Department, Nursing Home, American Red Cross and home health care. In 1983 started working at Donelson Hospital (later named Summit Medical Center) and retired in Dec. 2009.
Started with Workers’ Health in June of 2011 and became a certified collector in August 2011.
My name is Rebecca Black.  I am a native of Alabama.  I moved to Tennessee to be near my grandchildren following a 40 year career as a Speech Language Pathologist.  I am the receptionist who answers the phone, checks in/out patients and completes the billing.
Amanda Lovell is a Maury County native and is currently a CNA.  She is in school obtaining her License in Practical Nursing.  She has been working in the medical field for the past 3 years.  She is a graduate of North Field Academy and is a Certified Drug Screen Collector.  She carries out many medical office responsibilities.including patient care and procedures.
Katherine Pruett grew up in Southern California and graduated from Fontana High School in 1996.  A medical assistant and drug screen collector at Workers’ Health since 2019.  Loves meeting and caring for each patient that comes to the clinic.
